As today is my 37th birthday, in addition to wearing the bottoms of my trousers rolled, I will also self-aggrandize. I really enjoy your blog. One day I'll have to scan the photo I took of you, Regina, and Elijah in a stroller at the Capitol protest on the day the war started. I talked to you; I'm not a creepy stalker. ;)

What a devilish new author pic! No, seriously: the corners of the framed art on the wall behind you give the appearance of horns coming out of your head. I'm not saying it like it's a bad thing... I hope I look that good in, uh, three years.
And a happy birthday, BTW. May you find some quality time with family and friends, and perhaps even the faithful Silver Surfer.
